SMART seminars @ theBusiness Centre Central Library

Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic Timely

From 5 - 16 September the Business Centre at the Central Library in Gloucester Street will be offering SMART search seminars to our customers.

These seminars will include search strategy and cover:

• What type of information do I want?
  Statistics
  Articles
  Analysis
  Opinion
• Who will have this information?
  Magazines
  Government
  Companies
  Universities
• What sources will I use?
  Internet search engines
  Databases
  Books

Seminars will include advanced search techniques across Google, other search engines, and library full-text databases.

Over the two week period (5 -16 September 2005) courses will be offered on the following days and times:

Mondays 11.00 am - Midday
Tuesdays Midday - 1.00 pm
Wednesdays 6.00 pm - 7.00 pm
Thursdays 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm
Fridays 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm
